Position Overview:

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you will be responsible for handling various tire-related tasks, including installation, balancing, and repairs. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for automotive service, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform tire installations, including mounting and balancing
  • Diagnose and repair tire issues such as punctures, leaks, and tread wear.
  • Inspect and assess the condition of tires and recommend replacements or repairs as needed.
  • Use specialized tools and equipment to ensure accurate and efficient tire services.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures and protocols.
  • Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in tire technology.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar automotive role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of tire brands, types, and repair techniques.
  • Ability to operate tire-changing and balancing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
